Russian Wreck and Glass Calm condiditons!
Posted on Sun 12 April, 2009

Bouncing over a swell led us into the glassy, awesome conditions on the Mikhail Lermontov today. With 5-7m vis on the outside and triple that inside, we were loving exploring this awesome ship and almost getting hot in our wetsuits! Thank you John, Peter (see you next time!) and Rob for an awesome day!

Another successful Mid Week Mission!
Posted on Thu 09 April, 2009

Conditions today were a bit challenging with the southerly playing its part in bringing down the temp and vis! But nevertheless we found some spots to explore and ended up with a team of cold but very happy divers.

With the focus of the Mid Week Missions on trying new dive sites, we were lucky enough to drop straight down onto a rock covered in crays one of which took a walk on Camilles arm! (no crayfish were harmed in the making of this image!) Talking with some butterfly perch and the always resident spotties made for an awesome day underwater.

And todays dive bought up the 100th for Serena Wilson, one of our instuctor students. Congratulations!

Hi everyone

What a way to start the week! 15metres viz glass calm conditions and a boat load of happy divers. The forecast said it was going to be windy so with trepidation we poked our heads outside the channel only to be greeted with some absolutely beautiful dive conditions. Exploring new sites we came upon some awesome caves.

Also remember that we are running Midweek missions every Monday and Thursday as well as our weekend dives. The emphasis on these ones are finding new spots and trying something different each week!

Got some photos of eggs in funny places below, so keep the photo's coming!dale_mask_eggs.jpg
